Cohort members of the HEAL MEd present a collective account of how they position their inquiries when taking up the call to workplace agency, all the while remaining observant of the social determinants of health. Equity and excellence are cast as the particular circumstances in which self-care and other-care develop as personal-professional practices of health education, health promotion and health care. Postcards written to one another throughout the program will be shared with those attending this session to show how insights have been gained into the relational dynamics sustaining equity and excellence in professional development and program design.
